  Josh was lovely from start to finish. Interacted well and made the buying experience fantastic. Small miscommunication regarding payment options but he apologised and all went smoothly after that. Needless to say our daughter is totally enjoying her new carBeen christened Edna!! Thanks Josh. I hope your manager reads this and realises what an asset you are to the dealership

  From having the part ordered and communication back and forth, to the part being delivered promptly, to arriving and handing over my keys I received friendly, polite customer service, across the board. I waited in a comfortable waiting area, everyone was friendly and what I didn't expect was they washed my car also! I was kept informed when my car would be ready and then my car was brought round to me and key handed over. NOTHING was too much for themThis visit to SLM Suzuki Tunbridge Wells was exceptionally pleasant. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

  Very nice friendly dealer. Stu and John outstanding. Good price on my car and loving the Swace. No high pressure good test drive. Everything promised and delivered. One of the very best dealerships in the UK. Keen price on used vehicle. Excellent all round. Happy to give 5 stars
